Brief Description of qualifications and experience:
I have worked with clients with ABI both as a support worker and as a Community Support
Manager. I then gained a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Business
from Aston University. Following this, I worked in different companies in increasingly senior
HR roles before joining Creative OT. I support the business and team in any way they need,
but am responsible for any HR related issues, together with all financial information and
invoicing.
What made you want to be an OT and/or what do you love about your job?
I love that there is autonomy in my role, and I love seeing members of the team taking
responsibility and growing in their roles. I feel that I am making a difference and helping the
business to provide a different level of service to clients, families and referrers.
