Our Occupational therapy team offer creative mental health and wellbeing services as a standalone service or as part of a therapeutic package. We offer individual and group support to people experiencing mental health challenges. Our aim is to help you to develop skills and strategies to enable you to manage your mental health and wellbeing more successfully. About Us

Our team is made up of qualified and experienced Occupational Therapy staff who will work with you, your family, and carers in your own home, in a community setting or online. Our passion is supporting people to achieve their maximum potential and a good quality of life.

  • Mindfulness for Stress
  • Managing Loss – Support following loss of a loved one, feeling a sense of losing who you are, employment loss, loss of home or income.
  • Achieving a Healthy Lifestyle
  • Social Prescribing – Help to find and access social, leisure, and support opportunities in the community. To help maintain physical and mental wellbeing and combat loneliness.
  • Crisis Planning – Review and discuss your early warning signs and develop an action plan to prevent deterioration in your mental health.
  • Shared Support Sessions – An open space to discuss your thoughts, feelings and challenges and an opportunity to share and learn coping strategies with others.
